Buyers:
Working with buyers is a lot like being a matchmaker. I excel at assisting clients in evaluating and connecting with spaces based on their own unique criteria: Where will bicycles be stored? Where will the kids/dogs/grownups play? Can I age in place? Is the office space suitably quiet? Can it accommodate entertaining? Is there a place for an EV charging station? Will my grandmother’s dining table fit? Is there really enough closet space? What about my shoe collection?! While we are exploring those types of questions, I also dig into the less-obvious details and try to anticipate potential issues that might arise during an inspection (structural repairs, moisture issues, USTs, etc.). This type of information gathering is a critical component of the process, helping to define risks, build confidence, and craft an offer strategy.
